Monday-Thursday 7:30-5 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional support within our medical office. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and processes. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services. Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries. Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and care coordination. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Support the office with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in a Dental or Medical office setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication and documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Proficient in using office software applications for scheduling and record management. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
