Truecare Medical Equipment is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the role of Medical Equipment Coordinator. This position is full time M-F with 1 week vacation, competitive salary, retirement fund and 2 week vacation after 3 years. Candidates should have computer knowledge, good communication skills and be able to multitask on a daily basis. Will train the right candidate. • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical services
• Process patient payments and provide accurate billing information
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with medical staff to address patient concerns and resolve issues
