Position Summary Provides safe, expedient, cost-effective Outpatient Scheduling services. As a member of a team of healthcare professionals, a PSC is responsible for the scheduling of Outpatient procedures and appointments. PSCs behave in a manner consistent with the standards and ethics of ECU Health. PSCs are also responsible for ensuring a positive first impression by using professional communication, clear enunciation and by greeting all callers with a smile and genuine attitude. Minimum Requirements High School, GED, or higher education or 5 years of relevant experience is required- or higher.
