Job Summary Turning Point Inc. is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Associate Clinical Director with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential to partner with the Clinical Director to lead our residential treatment program. In this vital role, you will be on site to oversee clinical operations, supervise multidisciplinary staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health and behavioral services. Duties include:
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed and non-licensed staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews to tailor interventions effectively. Lead crisis intervention efforts, managing acute behavioral health episodes with professionalism and compassion while coordinating with emergency services when necessary. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems. Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and individual psychotherapy to support clients' mental health recovery journeys. Collaborate with community agencies, hospitals, schools, and families to coordinate comprehensive care plans that extend beyond the residential setting.
Skills Qualifications:
Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, counseling, mental health or social work Dual Licensure - LCSW/LCADC Preferred Independently Licensed Therapist. Supervisory certification(s) Extensive experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders at least 3 of which were in administrative and/or supervisory positions. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, knowledge of DSM-V and ASAM, mental health and co-occurring issues Ability to provide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians.
