Overview Clancy Relocation & Logistics is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Installation Project Manager to oversee installation projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout. This position is responsible for ensuring hospitality projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. We are based in Brewster, New York, but the majority of our projects are in the New York City area. The ideal candidate has experience managing hotel renovations, new construction, commercial interiors, or similar hospitality projects and can effectively coordinate clients, contractors, vendors, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of hospitality installation projects, including preconstruction, planning, execution, and closeout primarily in the New York City area. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, schedules, and scopes of work. Assist with budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor selection, purchase orders, and project cost controls. Develop and maintain project schedules, labor plans, and installation timelines. Coordinate contractors, vendors, subcontractors, internal departments, and field personnel. Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, workmanship, material quality, and compliance with project requirements and applicable building codes. Direct superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and resolving issues that may affect project execution. Track project costs and schedules, identify potential delays or budget concerns, and take corrective action as needed. Implement quality-control measures and ensure compliance with company and job-site safety requirements. Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, invoicing records, warranties, and closeout materials. Communicate project status, risks, and required decisions to clients and internal leadership. Manage punch-list items and support the customer acceptance process through final project completion.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of demonstrated project management experience in hospitality, construction, commercial interiors, installation, or a related field. Experience with hotel renovations, new hotel construction, or other hospitality projects strongly preferred. Working knowledge of preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and subcontractor management. Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, construction documents, and scopes of work. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. PMP or other relevant project-management or construction certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations as required.

Work Environment:

This position requires regular on-site involvement at hospitality project locations, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial interior sites primarily in the New York City area. The Project Manager will work closely with contractors, field teams, and internal departments. Travel and occasional work outside standard business hours may be required based on project schedules. $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
