Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client's medical facility in Carmel, NY 10512. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional front-office support by managing patient check-in and check-out, verifying demographics and insurance information, assisting with MyChart activation, collecting copays, and scheduling appointments to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Check in and check out patients. Verify patient demographics and insurance information. Assist patients with MyChart activation. Collect copays and process payments. Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of healthcare or medical office experience required. Experience with Epic preferred.
