ABOUT THE ROLE

Collado's Mobile Detailing is a mid-volume, premium mobile detailing company expanding in NY and CT and looking for experienced detailing professionals This role is not entry-level and not a training position All work is performed on-site at the client's home or workplace. We provide consistent booked work, allowing detailers to focus on delivering excellent results and maintaining professional service standards. All work is preformed on-site at the client's home or workplace Detailers are paid commission/hourly with a capped structure that typically equates to $25-$35/hour depending on efficiency and experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Interior & exterior detailing at client locations Paint polishing. wax application. stain removal & pet hair removal Using professional-grade tools (polishers, extractors, pressure systems) Representing Collado's Mobile Detailing with professionalism and consistency Working independently from a daily route schedule

REQUIREMENTS

(PLEASE READ) 1-3+ years of professional auto detailing experience (shop or mobile) comfortable with machine polishing and advanced interior detailing Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites Valid driver's license with clean driving record Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills Physically able to work 6-8 hours per day on your feet

PREFERRED

) Experience with luxury or high-end vehicles Own professional detailing equipment (polisher, extractor, tools) Ceramic coating experience or certification Technicians with their own professional equipment may qualify for higher pay.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

Full-Time:

40-80 hrs/week Flexible scheduling with consistent demand
