JOB:

Healthcare Services Manager Leadership Role 401k Matching Company Paid Life Insurance Family Choice of New York (FCNY) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Healthcare Services Manager to lead and oversee key clinical operations supporting our Utilization Management (UM), Transitions of Care, and Care Management functions across our Special Needs Plan (SNP) programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective, efficient, and compliant delivery of healthcare services while promoting positive member outcomes and adherence to applicable CMS regulations, organizational policies, and clinical standards. The Healthcare Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of Utilization Management and Transitions of Care activities. This role serves as a key resource to internal teams, providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other network partners to support appropriate utilization of services, effective transitions, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and operational knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working within Medicare/SNP programs and Utilization Management environments.

Education:

Registered Nurse licensed in the State of New York, Bachelor's degree preferred

Requirements:

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
