Duties:

• Greets and assists clients in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinates medical information between the medical team and the clients.
• Reviews doctor's notes to build medical service estimates and charges.
• Discusses medical charges with the client.
• Maintains accurate client and pet records in the hospital's management system.
• Processes client payments, including billing and insurance claims.
• Coordinates with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to ensure all information is communicated effectively and appointments are managed appropriately.
• Handles client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitors and manages client communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
