  • Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service
  • To coordinate the daily operations of the clinic (front counter services, administrative, and operational matters)
  • Oversee and supervise the training and development of clinic staff members
  • Plan and coordinate the daily work assignments and operations
  • Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic
  • Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as drug/consumable ordering/stock-take/payment
  • Maintain regular checks on drugs and essential / emergency equipment
  • Provide information / education to patients and family members
  • Perform other ad-hoc departmental task/activities as assigned
  • Clinic located in the Medical Centre Job Requirements
  • Min. GCE N/O Levels and above qualifications
  • Good interpersonal skills with an open and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork & people, observational skills
  • Able to commit 5.
