Job Description

At least 6 years of experience working with youth and/or families is required.
Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of community resources and experience with or strong familiarity with Case Management.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong clinical skills, leadership, and organizational skills required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.

Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Monday-FridaySUMMARY:
Family Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Childrens Health Homes program. The Childrens Health Homes program is a home visiting program that offers care coordination to children and young adults with mental illness and/or chronic medical conditions. The Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and support of the Childrens Health Homes staff to ensure compliance to OMH and DOH guidelines.We offer a generous benefits package including the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals. Conduct regular client chart reviews. Assist with adherence to program standards. Interface with childrens SPOA, DOH and Health Homes. Review and approve time records, schedules and time off requests. Attend program meetings in the absence of the Program Director. All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families required; masters degree preferred.At least 6 years of experience working with youth and/or families is required.
