Gameday Men's Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our New York locations. This is a senior clinical leadership role for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is ready to take ownership of patient care, team culture, and clinic performance in a modern, fast-growing men's health practice. What You'll Do Serve as the clinical leader across our locations Conduct consults, evaluate patients, interpret labs, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care Provide high-quality care in testosterone optimization, men's health, and related therapies Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff; set expectations and drive accountability Partner with ownership to improve patient experience, conversion, retention, and operational execution Oversee compliance, clinical quality, and best practices Play a key role in shaping and scaling the clinics as we expand Who We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York Experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, urology, endocrinology, hormone optimization, aesthetics, or men's health is a plus Strong communicator who can confidently recommend care plans in a self-pay environment Natural leader who can run huddles, coach staff, and drive consistent execution Entrepreneurial, accountable, and motivated by growth What We Offer Full-time schedule (no overnights, no major holidays) Clear leadership path with increasing responsibility as we expand Supportive ownership team and collaborative culture Opportunity to help shape and grow a premier men's health practice Why This Role Is Different This is not a shift-based clinic job.
