Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality mental health and behavioral care. Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed and unlicensed mental health professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices and licensing requirements. Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and progress. Coordinate care with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to support clients' holistic well-being. Manage clinical documentation accurately within electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Conduct crisis management and crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support during urgent situations involving clients with co-occurring disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities. Supervise clinical team activities, facilitate team meetings, promote professional development, and support quality assurance initiatives through data collection and research efforts. Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field; licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent required. At lease 2 years of supervisory experience. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions including developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, PTSD care needs, and co-occurring disorders. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading clinical teams in outpatient settings or community-based programs. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral management techniques, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention strategies, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Familiarity with medical records management systems (EMR/EHR), CPT coding procedures, ICD coding standards (ICD-9/10), and HIPAA compliance requirements. Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate family involvement when appropriate. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while demonstrating cultural competence in service delivery. Exceptional communication skills for client engagement as well as case management responsibilities across multidisciplinary teams.

Pay:

$58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
