Chester County Oral Surgery & Dental Implants in West Chester, PA seeks a Treatment Coordinator to support our oral surgery and implant patients. In this patient-focused role, you will guide patients through their treatment journey, review recommendations, explain procedures, and coordinate schedules. You will verify insurance, provide financial estimates, and discuss payment options with clarity and empathy. Working closely with surgeons and clinical staff, you'll ensure seamless communication, accurate records, and an exceptional patient experience in a collaborative, learning-focused environment. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for patients regarding treatment plans and next steps Review clinical recommendations and translate them into clear treatment plans Coordinate scheduling for consultations, surgery, and follow-up visits Discuss financial options, estimates, and insurance coverage with patients Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in practice software Collaborate with surgeons, clinical staff, and front office to ensure smooth workflow Provide compassionate support, education, and instructions to patients and families Monitor case progress and follow up with patients on outstanding items Support continuous improvement of patient experience and office processes Required Skills Treatment planning coordination Dental or medical terminology Insurance verification Patient scheduling Electronic health records (EHR) or dental practice software Financial counseling and case presentation Customer service in healthcare Data entry and documentation accuracy HIPAA compliance knowledge Multitasking in fast-paced clinical setting
