Job Description
Health Coordinator Responsibilities/Duties:
Oversees planning, coordination and evaluation of comprehensive health, dental, developmental, and wellness services for children and families enrolled in Preschool Head Start and PreK Counts. The position ensures services are timely, high-quality, family-centered, and coordinated with staff, healthcare providers, and community partners. The role also ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Pennsylvania PreK Counts regulations, and applicable health requirements, while promoting prevention, early identification, health education, family engagement, safety, and services that support children's development and school readiness.Qualifications:
LPN, current license. $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Terms of Employment Conditions of Employment This position will require record check approval of driving record by LCHS Insurance Provider, as this position is considered a designated position requiring driving as an essential job function. Location, Hours & Salary /https://lcheadstart.org/locations/ These positions will require applicant to possess a valid Driver's License with a Driver Record Check to be conducted in addition to agency required background clearances. Full Time/12 month position, School Year- 37.
Rate of Pay:
