Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information. Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments, appointments, or other high-volume activities.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment. Preferred Requirements
• Clinical office experience
• 1+ year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments or appointments.
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or high-volume call center setting. Home Office Requirements
