Job Description
Blossom Family Chiropractic & Wellness | Spring Branch, TX Full-Time or Part-Time | $20-$22/hour If you're the person who notices what needs to be done before someone asks, remembers the little details about people, and can stay calm when a four-year-old is having a hard moment while the phone is ringing, keep reading. Blossom Family Chiropractic & Wellness is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to grow with us. This is more than a front desk position. You'll be part of the experience our families have from the moment they first contact us through every visit that follows. About Blossom Blossom Family Chiropractic & Wellness is a neurologically focused pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic practice in Spring Branch, Texas. We care for children navigating sensory and developmental challenges, moms throughout pregnancy and postpartum, and families looking for a different approach to their health. We're a small practice with a big vision: to create the biggest impact possible in the lives of kids and families. That means you'll know our families personally. You'll celebrate their wins with them. You'll notice when someone hasn't been in. And you'll play an important role in helping families stay connected to the care they came here for. You Might Be Our Person If... You genuinely enjoy working with children, including kids who are dysregulated, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply having a hard day. You're warm and welcoming, but you're also comfortable having clear conversations about schedules, commitments, and money. You don't need someone standing over you telling you what to do next. You notice the unanswered message. The family who hasn't scheduled. The scan that still needs to be uploaded. The mom trying to manage two kids while getting adjusted. And you handle it. We're looking for someone who: Is exceptionally reliable and on time Communicates warmly, clearly, and confidently Learns technology quickly Can follow systems consistently Takes initiative when there's downtime Handles repetitive tasks without letting the quality slip Stays steady when the office gets busy or plans change Receives feedback well and applies it Pays attention to details Wants to become an important part of a growing practice Prior chiropractic or healthcare experience is helpful, but it is not required . We will train the right person. We can teach you chiropractic. We can't teach you to care, take ownership, or be dependable. What You'll Own Your responsibilities will include: Creating a warm, exceptional experience for every family who walks through our doors Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and managing patient flow Performing NeuroThermal, NeuroSpinal EMG, and HRV scans after training Uploading and delivering scan results to families Presenting care plan financials and helping families understand payment options Setting up payment plans and processing payments Personally following up with new patients and leads Reconnecting with families who have fallen out of care Responding promptly to new patient inquiries Supporting children and parents during appointments Helping the doctor maintain smooth patient flow Capturing occasional photos and videos for social media Seeing what needs attention and taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked Some of this work is exciting and deeply personal. Some of it is repetitive. Both matter. What Success Looks Like Here A nervous child walks through the door and relaxes because they recognize you. A mom who was unsure after her first appointment comes back because you took the time to follow up. A four-year-old who couldn't get through a scan last month completes one because you've learned how to meet them where they are. A family who quietly disappeared from the schedule reconnects because you noticed. Over time, you'll see kids sleeping better, anxious little bodies settling, children focusing differently, and parents feeling hopeful about the changes happening in their families. Your role helps families stay connected to their care long enough to experience those changes. You'll know our families' names. They'll know yours. And you'll know that the small things you do every day contribute to something much bigger. Schedule We're open to full-time or part-time for the right person. Our primary patient days are Monday through Thursday. We are closed to patients on Fridays and weekends.
