In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in patient care. This is an exciting opportunity located in the beautiful town of Bristol Rhode Island! Duties Supervise the daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance. Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize departmental efficiency. Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions to maintain a motivated and skilled team. Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies. Maintain workflow processes related to radiology services. Implement best practices for patient safety, infection control, and radiation safety protocols in accordance with healthcare guidelines. Perform MQSA and ACR accreditation. Help on the floor when needed. Have strong knowledge of Mammography and Radiology. Ability to handle conflict resolution. Skills Extensive experience in medical office management, healthcare practice management, or clinic administration within radiology or imaging departments. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or similar platforms for managing patient records and imaging data. Strong knowledge of MQSA and ACR accrediation processes. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in acute care or outpatient settings. Communication skills paired with customer service acumen to support staff and patients effectively.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $71,402.99 per year
