The Maintenance Technician is expected to present a professional demeanor, use sound judgment and provide timely quality results. A basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building maintenance is helpful. Painting and carpentry experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be reliable, motivated and available to support their assigned shifts, rotating on-call duties and possible overtime. All candidates should possess a clean driving record. References are required and will be verified. We offer a competitive compensation plan, including benefits, vacation and paid holidays. Compensation commensurate with experience. Employment is full-time. Prior experience in facility maintenance/multi-family is preferred. Ability to respond to emergency calls within 20 to 30 minutes is needed.
