Clinical Supervisor School Based Services

Clinical Supervision Provide required monthly face to face and/or virtual clinical supervision as indicated to assigned unlicensed/licensed and new staff serving clients in School-based Grants. Responsible for supervisory signatures on required documentation to meet VBHCS policy. Perform additional supervision as indicated by chart review, peer and billing review, and other external audits. Ensure that staff are working within the scope of their services, within the bounds of their competencies, and are following ethical guidelines. Complete documentation timely and accurately as required.

Clinical Oversight:

Prepare and submit monthly reports as required. Attend agency meetings as scheduled, including clinical meetings, leadership meetings, any assigned technical advisory groups, and others. Complete and submit chart audits for supervisees as required. Provide on-site staff observation, community meetings and debriefings, and other meetings, such as staff trainings, as assigned. Provision of Direct Service

• Will complete assessments, screenings, and other activities as needed Additional Responsibilities Assists in coordination of clinical/programmatic safety initiatives such as Zero Suicide Initiative Prepare monthly report to SVP of Specialized Grants and Services, Clinical Director, Chief Operating Officer, and VP of Compliance. Participates in VBH leadership, QI meetings/ and VBH technical advisory groups as assigned. Participates in community and programmatic meetings and trainings as requested. Maintain active TN License and remain current on all required CEUs Travel will be required. Provision of telehealth and in-person services will be required. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Must be actively licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee. Must be eligible to provide supervision for staff working towards licensure. Minimum of five years of experience providing psychotherapy and/or supervision.
