This opportunity is for a Clinical Director position at our Brownsville location to join our growing team. This currently•operating, 6,000 sq ft facility has been thoughtfully designed to be sensory-friendly, fostering creativity, play, and imagination for the children we serve. This is an in-clinic position only with 1 WFH day each week —we pride ourselves on providing hands-on, high-quality, one-to-one care within a structured and supportive center environment. We do not offer hybrid or remote services, nor will you be required to serve more than one center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience , strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of children and their families. Work In Center Monday•Friday 7:45am•4:30pm Acting Quality Assurance Officer Acting Ethics Officer Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response Weekly Meetings with BCBAs Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc) Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests) Train Interns and Trainers Respond to Insurance Audits Safety Management Cleaning Duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred BCBA Certification
BLS / CPR
