This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys treating patients while leading a dedicated team in a privately owned outpatient orthopedic practice with an established reputation in the Rio Grande Valley. Responsibilities Provide exceptional evidence-based patient care. Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise Physical Therapists, PTAs, and Therapy Technicians. Mentor clinicians and promote professional development. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and compliance. Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes. Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow. Collaborate with ownership on clinic growth and strategic planning. Help recruit, train, and retain exceptional staff. Foster a positive, patient-centered culture.
