Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator Available Location:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for patient care, an eye for accuracy, and enjoy coordinating treatment plans that improve lives, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
Explain treatment plans to patients clearly, guiding them through procedures, costs, and insurance coverage. Collaborate with dental providers to create accurate, patient-centered care plans. Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and handle pre-authorizations using systems like Eaglesoft Manage patient records efficiently in EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks or Athenahealth. Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment collections related to treatment plans. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and coding standards (CPT, ICD-9/10). Deliver exceptional patient service, addressing inquiries and supporting appointment scheduling. Support office management tasks including filing, data entry, and handling multi-line phone systems.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in dental office administration or clinical support, with strong knowledge of dental terminology and coding practices. Proficiency in EMR systems - Eaglesoft Familiarity with insurance verification processes, including Medicare and Medicaid. Bilingual skills are a plus to serve our diverse patient community. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; typing speed of 10-key digits per minute is advantageous. Exceptional customer service, professional phone etiquette, and clerical experience in a busy medical or dental setting.
