Healthcare Business Development Manager Position Type:
Full-Time We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused healthcare professional to join our growing team as a Healthcare Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with community and other healthcare businesses. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys networking, and has a passion for helping people access quality healthcare services. Primary Responsibilities Develop and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physician groups, case managers, discharge planners, healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other community partners. Plan and develop networking events, community activities, and healthcare meetings, and attend these events to strengthen relationships with the healthcare community. Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities within the assigned market. Educate referral sources regarding available services and patient care programs and quality of care provided. Assist with the admissions and intake process, ensuring a positive experience for patients, families, and referral partners. Maintain regular communication with referral sources and provide exceptional customer service. Track referral activity and maintain accurate relationship management records. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support census growth and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, clinical liaison, or related healthcare experience required. Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes and post-acute care transitions preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Passion for serving others and creating positive outcomes for patients and families.
