Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting:

 Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for a variety of roles across our client portfolio.

Talent Sourcing:

 Utilize job boards, social media networks, internal databases, and local networking to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Client & Candidate Partnership:

 Act as the primary liaison between job seekers and hiring managers, facilitating interviews, providing feedback, and managing offer negotiations.

Onboarding Support:

 Oversee pre-employment screening (background checks, reference s) and guide new hires through the onboarding process.

Market Navigation:

 Actively commute and travel across the area to meet client needs, attend career fairs, or conduct on-site check-ins.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or high-volume sales.

Commute Flexibility:

 Must be willing and able to regularly commute and travel to various locations throughout the area as required by business operations.

Communication Skills:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.

Time Management:

 Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy:
