Job Description
Job Overview MedCo Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk & Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines patient care, front desk responsibilities, and support with the daily operations of our medical aesthetics practice. You will help create a welcoming and professional experience for our patients from the moment they arrive, while also making sure treatment rooms and patient areas are prepared and organized throughout the day. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Manage scheduling, phone calls, messages, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups Prepare patients before their treatments Take and organize before-and-after photos Prepare treatment rooms before the start of the day and reset them between patients Prepare supplies and materials needed for procedures Assist the physician during certain treatments when needed Keep the reception area, treatment rooms, and common areas clean, organized, and presentable Help maintain inventory and organize supplies Assist with patient follow-up when needed Support general day-to-day tasks to help the practice run smoothly We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with patients Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to take initiative Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and grow within the medical aesthetics field Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous experience in a MedSpa, medical office, front desk, or customer service position is preferred but not required . We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Schedule Monday

Pay:
$14.50- $18.
