Patient Care Coordinator Location:
Montgomery, TX Shifts:
M-W 745am-5pm, H 1pm-7pm, F 745am-2pm We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing healthcare practice. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients while helping ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. You'll work closely with patients, providers, and the Office Manager to support a positive, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Support daily front office and administrative tasks Collect co-pays and balances accurately Verify insurance coverage and benefits Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Answer and manage phone calls professionally Assist with office workflow and communication with the Office Manager Qualifications At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting (required) Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or physical therapy office EMR/EHR knowledge (e Clinical Works highly preferred) Insurance verification experience Patient Scheduling and strong customer service skills Bilingual Cash handling experience Why Join Us? Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
