Job Description

About Us Blossom Family Chiropractic & Wellness is a neurologically-focused pediatric, prenatal, and family practice in Spring Branch, TX. We work with kids navigating sensory and developmental challenges, moms through pregnancy and postpartum, and families who want something better than what they've been offered elsewhere. We're small, we're growing fast, and we care deeply about doing this well. Our mission is to create the biggest impact possible in kids' and families' lives. The Role We're hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (chiropractic assistant) to be the second person in our office during patient hours. This is a new role, created so families get the personal follow-up and attention they deserve. What You'll Do Greet and care for patients, answer phones, schedule and reschedule appointments Perform NeuroThermal, NeuroSpinal EMG, and HRV scans on children and adults Upload scans, prepare reports, and deliver finished results to families Present care plan financials to families, set up payment plans, and process payments Work confidently across our EHR, scheduling, and payment systems Support families in the room, whether that's calming an anxious little one or entertaining siblings while mom gets adjusted Capture photo and video content for social media and stories Keep our task systems current in ClickUp What We're Looking For Genuine patience with children, including kids who are dysregulated, overwhelmed, or having a hard day Reliable, dependable, and on time, every time Comfortable working independently without being told what to do next Tech savvy and quick to learn new software. We run several systems and you'll be in all of them daily. Flexible and steady while systems change around you as we grow Warm with people, and able to shift into focused, detailed work in the same hour Prior chiropractic or healthcare experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person. What Success Looks Like Kids sleeping through the night. A child who couldn't sit still in class starting to focus. Anxious little bodies settling. Parents who are more regulated because their whole household finally is. Better energy, better focus, better days. That's what happens here, and none of it happens if families don't stay long enough to see it. Your role is what keeps them connected to care long enough for those changes to show up. The mom who left her first visit unsure calls back because you followed up. The four-year-old who couldn't sit still last month gets through his scan because you knew how to meet him where he was. You'll know the name of every family who walks through our door, and they'll know yours. Schedule, Pay & Benefits Monday through Thursday in office. We are closed Fridays and weekends. 32 to 38 hours per week A short remote block Friday mornings from home for phones and follow-up Two later evenings per week, Tuesday and Thursday $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience Paid time off Complimentary chiropractic care for you, your spouse, and your children living at home To Apply Send your resume along with a short note answering these two questions: Tell us about a time you worked with a child who was upset, overwhelmed, or not cooperating.
