Job Description

Warriors Heart - is a Private Adult Drug & Alcohol Treatment that exclusively treats our Nations Heros - Active Duty Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters and First Responders. Pay ranges depending on qualifications/experience. The Clinical Director provides leadership and supervision to the team of clinical professionals. The Clinical Director will also focuses on administrative duties, supervision, quality of care and compliance. Requirements to include but not limited to: A minimum of a Masters degree holding at least one of the following license; LPC, LSATP or LCSW. A current License in good standing in the State of Virginia A minimum of 2-year experience as a Clinical Director in a RTC or equivalent level facility. Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language Advanced computer knowledge and experience with word processing and spreadsheet creation (Mac and Microsoft Office platforms); experience in charting patient care in electronic health records Pass an annual Background Clearance Willing to submit to, and pass, random drug and alcohol screening www.warriorsheart.com
