Job Description

Emerging Minds Community Services is seeking an experienced, highly organized Clinical Director to provide agency-wide clinical leadership and oversight across our behavioral health programs. The Clinical Director will provide direct clinical oversight of our 23-Hour Crisis Receiving Center serving adults, our Outpatient Therapy Program serving children and adults, and additional behavioral health programs implemented by Emerging Minds as the organization expands. This is a hands-on clinical leadership position, not solely an administrative title. The Clinical Director is expected to maintain an active presence in clinical operations, provide consistent supervision and staff development, monitor clinical quality and documentation, support high-acuity clinical decision-making, and help ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable DBHDS, DMAS/Medicaid, payer, HIPAA, professional licensing, and Emerging Minds requirements. Emerging Minds provides the Clinical Director with a structured onboarding process, clearly defined weekly and monthly expectations, a 30/60/90-day performance plan, and established supervision and clinical quality systems.
Pay:
$90,000.00 per year
