Clinical Manager (BCBA) - Center Based | Full Time (Mon-Fri)

Maximum 20 billable hours per week About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead our center based ABA program. This position is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a collaborative environment, values high quality clinical care, and wants a leadership role with protected time for supervision, staff development, and family support. Caseload is intentionally capped at 20 billable hours to ensure strong clinical oversight. What You'll Do Lead Clinical Programming — Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with best practice ABA. Supervise & Mentor Staff — Provide ongoing supervision, competency development, and performance feedback to RBTs and trainees. Support Families — Deliver caregiver training and maintain consistent communication regarding progress and goals. Ensure Quality & Compliance — Review data, audit documentation, and uphold BACB ethics and regulatory standards. Oversee Center Operations — Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment. Manage Caseload — Balance leadership duties with a caseload capped at 20 billable hours weekly. What We're Looking For Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification Preferred 5+ years of ABA experience Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills Familiarity with ABA data platforms (e.g., CentralReach) Why Join Us This role is designed for a BCBA who wants to lead with intention.
