Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on their preferences and experience levels Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about different strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cash drawer balancing Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to maximize visual appeal and accessibility Perform upselling by suggesting complementary products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, including effects, dosages, and consumption methods to answer customer questions confidently Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding cannabis sales, age verification, and record keeping Skills Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably in a dispensary or related industry Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or via messaging platforms Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment is desirable Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of POS systems and retail store operations including stock management and merchandising techniques Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to educate customers through product demos while adhering to all safety guidelines and legal requirements Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where passion meets professionalism!
