Job Title:
Clinic Program Manager Job Summary The Clinic Program Manager oversees the daily operations of healthcare clinics, ensuring efficient practice management, compliance with healthcare regulations, and effective utilization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. This leadership role involves managing staff, coordinating clinical programs, and maintaining high standards of patient care within behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder treatment settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in healthcare management, and a commitment to delivering quality services. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision and workflow coordination. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to maintain accreditation and legal adherence. Oversee the implementation and effective use of EMR/EHR systems for documentation, billing, and reporting purposes. Develop and monitor clinical programs to meet organizational goals and improve patient outcomes. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery and address operational challenges promptly. Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to clinic performance, compliance, and patient care metrics. Facilitate staff training and development to promote best practices in healthcare practice management. Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with leadership teams to develop strategic plans for program growth and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health, healthcare administration, human services, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of two years of supervisory, program management, or leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Proven experience working within behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder treatment, or closely related healthcare environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of healthcare practice management principles including compliance standards and EMR/EHR systems. This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead impactful clinical programs while ensuring operational excellence within a supportive team environment.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
