Our Lead Therapists partner with dedicated operational leaders, allowing them to focus on treatment quality, staff development, and family support while operational responsibilities are managed elsewhere. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision to Children's Autism Treatment Technicians Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress Analyze clinical data and modify treatment recommendations as needed Provide parent education, consultation, and ongoing support Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members Support staff development through coaching, modeling, and clinical feedback What Makes This Role Different?
