The Wellness Program Director will oversee the development and implementation of wellness programs, manage budgeting for wellness initiatives, communicate effectively with staff and clients, and provide training on wellness practices. The director will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to tailor wellness programs to patient needs. Qualifications Strong communication skills Proficiency in health & wellness practices Experience in budgeting and financial management Ability to provide effective training sessions Knowledge of wellness program development Excellent organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Public Health, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is advantageous Commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle
