Golf Club Associate- Marketing and Member Relations
Job Description
THE OFFICE
• Private Indoor Golf Club North Palm Beach, FL | Part-Time | Growth Track Member Relations and Bar Associate
ABOUT THE CLUB
The Office is a private indoor golf club in North Palm Beach. We have five TrackMan simulator bays, a members lounge with a private bottle club, saunas, and a conference room. Our members are business owners and professionals. We are building toward multiple locations, and we want someone who will grow with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is the face of the club. You will know every member, run the bar, and make the room feel like the best part of their week. It starts part-time, and there is a clear path to a full-time senior role for the person who earns it. This is not a traditional bartending job. We are not a high-volume bar. You will mix drinks, but the real work is relationships: remembering names, noticing who has not been in lately, making guests feel at home, and keeping the room polished. We want someone self-directed who takes ownership of the room and does not need to be told what comes next.
