Vernis & Bowling's North Palm Beach office is expanding its Civil Litigation Defense team. We are looking for a 2+ year Civil Litigation Associate ready to take the lead on complex files alongside our Department's team. Why Vernis & Bowling?

Real File Ownership:

You won't just be carrying briefcases. We expect you to direct case strategy, take the lead on depositions, and eventually manage your own trials.

Compensation & Expectations:

Competitive base salary commensurate with your experience and the North Palm Beach market. The position carries a 2,000-hour minimum billable expectation, accompanied by a bonus structure for higher billing.

Who we are looking for:

2+ years of civil litigation experience. Current member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Looking for a long-term, in-person home to build your practice and your skills alongside a dedicated team.
