Audiology Technician

SH Audiology (formerly San Francisco Audiology) is a multi-site practice with 10 locations and 16 providers. We're currently hiring a full-time Audiology Technician to support our audiologists in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities Include:
Work closely with providers to ensure exceptional patient care and a seamless treatment experience Provide patient's education on hearing aids, custom earplugs, and assistive listening devices Troubleshoot, clean, and perform minor repairs on hearing devices Prepare equipment for fittings and manage inventory Maintain hearing aid lab (cleaning, stock/inventory) Support front desk operations: scheduling, record-keeping, and patient intake Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for patients and providers Accurate data entry into patient's
EMR Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ year experience in a medical office (audiology a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with technology, including EMR systems (Sycle or EPIC a plus), Microsoft Office, and Google Docs Compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn Why Join Us?
