Day Shift Hours:

(Mon-Fri) + 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. + Limited Weekend Rotation + No Holidays!!!

Experience:

+ Non-Reg with at least 2-3 years of Histo (embedding/microtomy) experience will be considered + Embedding, microtomy and IHC experience (preferred) + Histology Technician, Histologist, HISTOTECHNICIAN , Histotechnician, Histo Technician, Histology Technician, histotechnician, Histotehnologist, Histotech, Histotechnologist, certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology ( ASCP ) , histotechnology

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or

GED + 2-3

Services include phlebotomy, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, point-of-care and pathology. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for providing a variety of basic routine tests and procedures on tissue and related surgical specimens submitted for histological examination. Responsibilities + Tasks limited to microtomy, embedding, staining. Performs and documents quality controls for all equipment and troubleshoots malfunctioning instrumentation as necessary. + Understands maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of all instrumentation in assigned areas.
