POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate CNA to provide patient care and duties. Assist with activities of daily living needs and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

ABOUT SPIRITUS HEALTHCARE INC.

Spiritus Healthcare Inc. is a Lancaster based healthcare company dedicated to providing skilled nursing services for patients. We are currently seeking a qualified, empathetic and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to fill this position!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist patients with personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support with safe mobility, transfers, and positioning. Accurately measure and record vital signs when required. Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly. Comply with all facility guidelines and privacy/confidentiality policies. Adhering to the organization's documentation, care procedures, standards of personal and professional conduct.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid California CNA license. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Negative TB test within the last year. Must have at least 1+ year of recent CNA experience in acute care or skilled nursing. Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given. Dependable and compassionate with strong time-management skills. Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.
