Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate 1:1 Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Lancaster, CA! In this role, you will provide personalized support to help an individual build independence, stay safe, and thrive in their home and community.

Daily Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 companionship and behavioral support.

Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.

Accompany the individual on community outings and to appointments.

Help build life skills and encourage personal independence.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Must pass a background check Current Physical with TB clearance Current CPR & First Aid CertificationReliable transportation Experience preferred, but not required
