Mourton's Top-Notch Connections is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality, person-centered support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. As a DSP, you will assist individuals in building independence, achieving personal goals, and participating in meaningful community activities while ensuring their health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being. • Evening Shift 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and weekends as scheduled Shift 2
• Flexible Schedule Must have open availability for morning, afternoon, evening, overnight (NOC), weekdays, and weekends.

While you will not be scheduled for every shift type, open availability allows us to match you with client needs and maximize scheduling opportunities. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support as needed. Monitor clients' health by observing vital signs, medication administration, and overall well-being. Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific needs. Support clients during meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs while adhering to dietary restrictions and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning common areas and personal spaces. Use proper techniques and equipment to assist with mobility and prevent injury. Document observations accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and communicate effectively with management regarding client status. Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive atmosphere for clients in home or community settings. Attend and support clients during medical appointments to ensure understanding and follow up with care recommendations. Provide transportation for errands, employment activities, community outings, and social engagements. Assist clients with financial literacy and related task, including budgeting, planning, and shopping. Skills Experience in

SLS / ILS

Ability to provide respectful, person centered support to adults with developmental disabilities. Clear verbal and written communication for daily notes, documentation, and interacting with clients, families, and supervisors. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow agency polices, schedules, and client routines. Understands and follows safety protocols, and emergency procedures. Accurate daily logs, incident reports, and electronic documentation. Can work independently while managing scheduled task. Ability to safety transport or accompany clients in the community, support appointments, errands, and social activities. Ability to use agency apps, smartphones, and electronic reporting systems. CPR / First Aid certification.
