Presidential Care Home Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing clinical team. A CHHA is an important member of the home health care team who provides compassionate personal care and supportive services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. The CHHA is responsible for providing care based on the patient's individualized needs, observing and reporting changes in the patient's condition, and accurately documenting care provided. San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and Eastern Los Angeles County Actively Hiring for Moreno Valley and Redlands areas Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living as directed Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs Assist with safe mobility and positioning as appropriate Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising clinician Accurately document care provided and patient observations Follow the patient's plan of care and agency policies and procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect while working in the patient's home Qualifications Meets applicable California and federal training requirements for Home Health Aides 1+ year of home health experience preferred Current and Valid CHHA License Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association Ability to read and follow written instructions and accurately document care provided Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Compassion and empathy for individuals who are ill, injured, elderly, frail, or disabled Professional demeanor, patience, tact, and good personal hygiene Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current automobile insurance meeting agency requirements Reliable vehicle in good working condition If you are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality patient care, apply today to join the Presidential Care Home Health team!
