Home Health and Hospice Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Per Deim Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) in patients' homes Assist with mobility and safe transfers Administer medications as directed Monitor and record vital signs Prepare meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping and laundry Maintain accurate documentation Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications:

Active HHA certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance Minimum of 1 year HHA experience Basic medical knowledge Able to work independently and follow instructions Strong communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality Why Join Sonder Healthcare?
