• Support a male in Wethersfield, CT (40 Hour Total) Morning Shift IHS (Wethersfield) 10 hours a week, Day Program (East Hartford ) 30 hours per week
• Support a male in West Suffield Morning Shift 6:30am
• 8:30am Monday
• Friday (Shift Differential for morning shift due to location); Sundays 8 hours. Also, can be a back up for afternoons 3:30pm
• 6:30pm and Saturday 8 hour shifts.

• Support a female in Farmington 14 hours a week on job-support (works in Hartford) and errands (groceries, recreation, etc)

Must have a valid license, vehicle registration and insurance for all positions. We reimburse mileage for transporting individuals. Overview Join our dedicated team as an IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Direct Support Professional, where your compassion and energy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care based on the individuals IP, support daily activities, and promote independence for individuals with intellectual disabilities, including autism, dementia, and other cognitive or physical challenges. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals goals while empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals. Positions are available in the Day Program, IHS

• Individualized Home Support, IDN
• Individualized Day Non-Vocational (Community Based), IDV
• Individualized Day Vocational (Community Based / Job Seekers).

We have position available in various cities. Duties Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor individuals health by completing daily body audits and reporting changes. Follow individual plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and adherence to cleaning protocols. Support individuals during community outings, encouraging social engagement and independence. Document care activities accurately in compliance with standards and individual plans. Skills Proven experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's or dementia care, or in assisted living environments Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and HIPAA privacy standards Strong observational skills for individuals safety Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, individuals, families, and other care providers Experience in day programs or group homes; familiarity with social work principles is beneficial Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, Med Cert, PMT, a bonus but not required.
