Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)Location:
Harrington, Delaware Starting Pay:
$18.50/hour (with increases based on experience)Schedule:
Sunday 10 AM- 9PM•Monday & Wednesday 3:00 PM•11:00 PM No High School Diploma Required Make a Real Difference, One Shift at a Time!
What You'll Do:
Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility Administer medications in accordance with care plans Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs Encourage participation in recreational, social, and community activities Accurately document services provided, behaviors observed, and individual progressWhat We're Looking For:
A caring, patient, and dependable professional Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English) Physically able to assist with lifting/transferring and perform routine physical tasks (walking, kneeling, reaching, etc.) A positive attitude and a true passion for helping othersRequirements:
Full-Time availability and holidays A valid Delaware driver's license (no more than 5 points) A clean driving record- no DUIs or drug-related offenses Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam Why Join CCL?
