We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide ( HHA ) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the following locations: Tampa, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, Plant City, and more!
Pay Range:
$17-18/hour BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs): Health care benefits and paid time off (to learn more about BAYADA Benefits, click here ) Weekly pay Variety of shifts available, 4-12 hours Being part of a larger care team so you'll never feel alone Referral Bonuses starting at $500 Positive work environment and the tools you need to do your job Scholarship programs, including our nurse residency program A stable working environment - we invest in our care team 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support The highest safety standards Qualifications for a Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Minimum one year work experience Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate (at least 40-hour course) OR CNA License OR 1-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA) BLS Certified CPR (must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy) Level II Background Check (Information regarding the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com/) What you'll do: Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. As a BAYADA HHA, you'll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with: Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Household support:
