Pay:
$70-$85 per visit We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide quality home health services to patients in Odessa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients in their homes. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and independence with daily activities. Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, safety, and home exercises. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team. OT Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Active Florida Occupational Therapist license. CPR certification. AHCA Level II background screening. Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred/required. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Pay:
Up to $55 per visit Competitive Pay | Part-Time/PRN Opportunities We are also seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Odessa, FL area. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist patients with improving functional skills and independence with activities of daily living. Implement established treatment plans and therapeutic activities. Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises, safety techniques, and strategies for daily activities. Observe and report patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising OT. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with the care team to support quality patient outcomes. COTA Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current Florida COTA license/certification. CPR certification. AHCA Level II background screening. Home health experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation.
