Job Description
Provide personal care, companionship and assist with performing activities of daily living and other duties necessary to maintain the client's health and safety in a community or personal home setting. Duties can include, but not limited to total physical assistance of: bathing (and all other personal hygiene), cooking, all areas of housekeeping, grocery shopping, transferring, lifting, re-positioning, shopping, cleaning house, community activities (as requested), and medical appointments (as requested). Duties may also include completing reports, service logs and other paperwork as requested.
