$18.00 per hour Great Opportunity! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start quickly part-time Schedule 20 hours per week Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Every other Saturday or Sunday can be replaced with a Friday shift , maintaining a 20-hour work week.

Shift Hours:

We are seeking a dependable, caring, and professional Personal Care Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare and serve meals and assist residents during mealtimes as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to resident care Assist with medication reminders in accordance with facility policies Maintain accurate resident documentation Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures Promote residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, residents, families, and healthcare providers Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, or a personal care home is preferred but not required Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care Must possess a valid driver's license Must successfully pass all required background checks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Training No PCA or CNA certification is required but is preferred. All new team members will receive comprehensive orientation and hands-on training upon hire, including resident care procedures, safety protocols, infection control, resident rights, emergency procedures, and All Inn Care Homes policies and expectations. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required. If you do not already have CPR/First Aid certification, All Inn Care Homes will provide the required training after hire.
